Prep & Cook: 10mins Serves: 2 Skill: easy
- 1 cup So Good Almond & Coconut Unsweetened beverage
- 1 tsp powdered flax seed
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1tsp honey
- 4 slices of bread
- extra honey (optional)
- Pour your So Good in a bowl and mix the other ingredients in except the bread.
- Dip the bread in the mixture to coat the slices.
- Fry the soaked bread in a hot pan pan, drizzle with honey and pomegranate seeds, and dig in!
