INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups So Good Almond Unsweetened Beverage
- 10 Cashews
- 10 Almonds
- 1 tsp Melon Seeds
- 1 tsp Khus Khus (Poppy Seeds)
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 6 Cardamom Pods
- 10 Black Peppercorns
- 1 pinch of Nutmeg
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Gulkand (Rose Petal Jam)
- 1 tsp Rose Water
- 1 pinch of Saffron (soaked in Almond Milk)
METHOD
- Grind all the dry ingredients, except sugar, to a coarse powder.
- Combine with So Good, Sugar, and stir while on the gas.
- Add Gulkand and Rose Water. Wait for it to come a to boil, then strain and refrigerate.
- Serve and celebrate.
