Eid feasts are incomplete without our favourite dessert.
Prep & Cook: 15 mins Serves: 4 Skill: medium
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of So Good Essentials+ Soy Beverage
- 1 Tbs ghee
- A few each of dry fruits & nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts, charoli, coconut
- 1/2 cup vermicelli uncooked
- 2 Tbs raw sugar
- 3 dates
- A few raisins
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- saffron
METHOD
- Add ghee in a frying pan
- Add dry fruits & nuts as preferred like almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts, charoli, coconut and stir until toasted. Remove from pan.
- To the same pan add vermicelli, So Good Essentials & raw sugar and stir while on the heat
- Mix in dates, raisins, cardamom powder, saffron through
- Add in the fried nuts and fruits before serving.
- Garnish with fried nuts and enjoy!
