INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbs So Good Almond Vanilla beverage
- ¼ cup So Good Almond Vanilla beverage
- 1 x Banana mashed
- 1 Tbs Flax Seeds Powder
- 1 tps Cinnamon
- Maple Syrup/Honey – To serve
METHOD
1.Warm 3 Tbs of So Good Almond Vanilla and add 1 Tbs Flax Seeds powder to it.
2.Let it rest for 5 minutes.
3.Add 1 Yellow Banana and Cinnamon Powder. Mix.
4.Add ¼ cup of So Good Almond beverage and pulse till it forms a thick batter.
5.Grease a pan with butter/oil.
6.Pour a ladleful of batter and cook on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes over low flame.
7.Transfer pancake(s) to a plate.
8.Stack them together and drizzle Maple Syrup or Honey on top.
9.Serve hot with any extra toppings you prefer.
