Shivesh Bhatia & So Good collaboration recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup (100g) digestive biscuits, crushed
- ½ cup (113g) butter, melted
- 1 cup (175g) dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- ½ cup (120mL) So Good Almond Chocolate Beverage
- 2 tbs coffee powder (optional)
- 1 cup (240mL) whipped cream
- walnuts and pretzels, to decorate
METHOD
- Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter until the crumbs are properly coated. Add in the coffee powder if preferred.
- Use your fingers to push them into a 9″ tart pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- To make the filling, carefully melt chocolate on a double boiled. Let it cool completely.
- Add So Good to the melted chocolate. Fold the mixture into whipped cream.
- Fill the cooled tart shell with the mousse filling and top with crushed walnuts and pretzels.

Tip: Add in 1 tablespoon of coffee powder with the cocoa for a mocha flavour
